IT Business Development Manager

The business development manager will report directly to the Managing Director for Hong Kong. They will help to formulate a sales strategy, pursue leads and close deals where possible. We are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic and able to motivate themselves. Ideally the business development manager will have a background knowledge of IT, and a few years of proven track record in business development and/or sales.

  • Develop a B2B sales strategy
  • Identify business opportunities and sales leads
  • Identify client decision makers within the client organisation
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build contact database
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Manage client accounts and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales and/or business development
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure or IT services
  • Enjoys establishing and growing partnerships
  • Ability to effectively communicate business needs to technology teams
  • Well organised and able to work independently on initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently
Salary Range: $30,000 – HK$40,000 hkd per month
