IT Strategy Consultant - Sample Job Description

Reporting to Head of IT for Asia Pacific & EMEA
Advise on regional IT strategy and budget
Identify risks, challenges and limitations of strategic options
Engage senior management across the region, and demonstrate how IT can help the business meet its objectives
Lead key technology initiatives and transformation projects

Experience in developing technology budgets and strategies
Experience in driving key initiatives and projects
General knowledge across IT infrastructure and application development
Self-motivated and driven individual
Ability to demonstrate analytical mindset, structured thinking and creativity
Demonstrate active listening and questioning
Minimum 8 years working experience
Strong written and presentation skills in English with the ability to work in a dynamic and exciting environment
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work across international and organizational boundaries as required
Problem solver who thrives on resolving issues, who has supported strategy consulting assignments within a global environment
Background in consulting is preferred, but not required
