IS Service Delivery Manager/ Project Manager

My legal client is looking for a Service Delivery/ Project Manager to provide both Service Management and Project Management duties within the team, in order to deliver a quality IS service to the business.

Must have:
  1. Strong Project Management and Service Delivery Management experience
  2. Excellent English communication skills
  3. Strong documentation skills and Vendor management skills
Successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Solid experience of working with senior management and stakeholders who is process and service orientated
  • Vendor management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project with good documentation skills
  • Experience of working in legal industry is beneficial but not crucial
Duties include:
  • Providing program management for all projects within the department
  • Reporting project progress to the Head of IS and other parties as required
  • Managing directly major project work within the department whilst guiding more junior PMs
  • Ensuring all projects are running on time and within budget
  • Running change and incident management process within the IS department
  • Assisting with vendor management including procurement and on-going management of the budget and maintaining relationships
  • Developing and reporting KPIs to measure the service levels being delivered to the organisations
