Service Desk Analyst

My legal client urgently requires a Service Desk Analyst – Asia to be responsible for 1st line Support, management and escalation of all incoming service requests and fault tickets in line with global Service Desk procedures. You will understand and support overall IT Strategy within the business.

Successful candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange in relation to Service Desk activities
  • Strong support capabilities in MS Office Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of remote access technologies (i.e. Citrix)
  • Good knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
  • Good knowledge of document management systems and e-filing processes preferred
  • Knowledge for other non-standard legal applications including DTE Axiom, inMailX, Workshare
  • Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on being friendly and patient
