IT Support Analyst

( Date: June 22, 2018    Location: Hong Kong )


  • 2-5 years’ experience in IT technical support role, MNC preferred
  • Windows 7/8 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE is an advantage
  • Good experience with helping desk/ticketing systems preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, well organised and reliable
  • Able to work independently or working in a team
  • Able to report and solve issues clearly to end users and manage client
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong skills in networking setup and support is an advantage
  • Strong, fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
  • Candidates with trade floor support is preferred, however training can be provided for the right desktop support candidate.


  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 desktop support at the client’s office
  • Support and Execute project tasks as instructed by client’s regional hub
  • Build on IT and communication skills to improve on personal skill set
